Regulamin rekrutacji i uczestnictwa w Projekcie „Podniesienie potencjału uczelni wyższych jako czynnik rozwoju gospodarki opartej na wiedzy” w ramach zadania „Uruchomienie i realizacja kształcenia w języku angielskim na studiach I stopnia na kierunku Stosunki Międzynarodowe”.
§1
POSTANOWIENIA OGÓLNE
1.1. Regulamin rekrutacji i uczestnictwa w Projekcie zwany dalej „Regulaminem” określa zasady rekrutacji, organizacji i uczestnictwa w projekcie „Podniesienie potencjału uczelni wyższych jako czynnik rozwoju gospodarki opartej na wiedzy” w ramach zadania „Uruchomienie i realizacja kształcenia w języku angielskim na stacjonarnych studiach I stopnia na kierunku Stosunki Międzynarodowe”, realizowanym przez Politechnikę Białostocką oraz Wyższą Szkołę Administracji Publicznej imienia Stanisława Staszica w Białymstoku, w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Kapitał Ludzki, Priorytetu 4: Szkolnictwo wyższe i nauka, Działanie: 4.1 Wzmocnienie i rozwój potencjału dydaktycznego uczelni ora zwiększenie liczby absolwentów kierunków o kluczowym znaczeniu dla gospodarki opartej na wiedzy, Poddziałanie: 4.1.1. Wzmocnienie potencjału dydaktycznego uczelni, zwanym dalej „Projektem”.
1.2. Biuro projektu znajduje się w siedzibie partnera projektu przy ul. ks. Stanisława Suchowolca 6 pok. 302; 15-555 Białystok.
1.3. Realizacja zadania „Uruchomienie i realizacja kształcenia w języku angielskim na studiach I stopnia na kierunku Stosunki Międzynarodowe” obejmuje okres od 01.03.2010r. do 30.09.2013r.
1.4. Czas trwania studiów w ramach zadania „Uruchomienie i realizacja kształcenia w języku angielskim na studiach I stopnia na kierunku stosunki międzynarodowe” obejmuje okres od 01.10.2010 do 30.09.2013r.
1.5. Studia w ramach projektu są bezpłatne i są współfinansowane ze środków Unii Europejskiej w ramach Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego.
1.6. Wysokość wsparcia (tj. całkowity koszt udziału w projekcie) uczestnika zajęć wynosi ………………………………………………………………………………….
§2
ZASADY REKRUTACJI
2.1. Projekt przewiduje uczestnictwo w studiach łącznie 40 osób.
2.2. Uczestnicy studiów będą rekrutowani z zachowaniem parytetu: 50% uczestników z Polski, 50% obcokrajowców. W uzasadnionych przypadkach Zastępca Kierownika Projektu może wyrazić zgodę na zmianę parytetu.
2.3. Uczestnikiem projektu może być osoba, które spełnia następujące warunki:
a) Złoży następujące dokumenty rekrutacyjne: Obywatele polscy: formularz aplikacyjny (application form), odpis lub oryginał świadectwa dojrzałości, odpis lub oryginał świadectwa ukończenia szkoły średniej, 3 fotografie, ksero dowodu osobistego, certyfikat potwierdzający znajomość języka angielskiego lub inne poświadczenie znajomości języka angielskiego, z wyłączeniem osób, które uzyskały świadectwo dojrzałości w języku angielskim, w krajach których obowiązuje anglojęzyczny system edukacyjny. Obcokrajowcy: formularz aplikacyjny (application form), świadectwo dojrzałości (jeżeli posiadają polskie świadectwo dojrzałości), świadectwo dojrzałości zalegalizowane lub opatrzone apostille, lub inny dokument uzyskany za granicą uprawniający do ubiegania się o przyjecie na studia, 3 fotografie, ksero paszportu/dowodu osobistego, certyfikat potwierdzający znajomość języka angielskiego lub inne poświadczenie znajomości języka angielskiego, z wyłączeniem obcokrajowców, w krajach których obowiązuje anglojęzyczny system edukacyjny i którzy uzyskali świadectwo dojrzałości w języku angielskim, orzeczenie lekarskie. b)Terminowo przystąpi do procesu rekrutacyjnego i zostanie zakwalifikowana do uczestnictwa w projekcie.
2.4. Zgłoszenie udziału w Projekcie polega na nadesłaniu kompletu dokumentów rekrutacyjnych do Biura Projektu.
2.5. Podstawa klasyfikacji kandydatów: Obywatele polscy: przyjmowani będą na podstawie świadectwa dojrzałości oraz certyfikatu potwierdzającego znajomość języka angielskiego lub innego poświadczenia znajomości języka angielskiego, z zastrzeżeniem, że w pierwszej kolejności będą brani pod uwagę kandydaci posiadający certyfikat potwierdzający znajomość języka angielskiego. Osoby z maturą zagraniczną (zarówno obywatele polscy, jak i obcokrajowcy): przyjmowani będą na podstawie zalegalizowanego lub opatrzonego apostille świadectwa lub innego dokumentu uzyskanego za granicą uprawniającego do ubiegania się o przyjęcie na studia, (dokument ten musi być uznany za równoważny polskiemu świadectwu dojrzałości, zgodnie z przepisami w sprawie nostryfikacji świadectw uzyskanych za granicą lub na podstawie umowy międzynarodowej) i certyfikatu potwierdzającego znajomość języka angielskiego lub innego poświadczenia znajomości języka angielskiego, z zastrzeżeniem, że w pierwszej kolejności będą brani pod uwagę kandydaci posiadający certyfikat potwierdzający znajomość języka angielskiego.
2.6. W przypadku kandydatów posiadających poświadczenie znajomości języka angielskiego (certyfikat lub inne poświadczenie) na tym samym poziomie pod uwagę będzie brana kolejność zgłoszeń.
2.7. Poświadczenie znajomości języka angielskiego (inne niż certyfikat) musi zawierać określenie poziomu znajomości języka angielskiego według wytycznych Rady Europy dotyczących nauczania i uczenia się języków europejskich – Common European Framework.

Stanisława Suchowolca 6 pok. 302; 15-565 Białystok, tel. +48 85 732 12 93 wew. 302, e-mail: erasmus@wsap.edu.pl 2.8. Rekrutacja rozpoczyna się 21.06.2010 r. i kończy 27.08.2010 r.
2.9. Dokumenty rekrutacyjne można składać osobiście lub drogą pocztową na adres: Wyższa Szkoła Administracji Publicznej im. St. Staszica Ul. Ks. St. Suchowolca 6 15-555 Białystok Polska z dopiskiem: „Rekrutacja- studia w języku angielskim, pok. 207”
2.10. W sytuacji nie wyczerpania limitu miejsc o którym mowa w §2.1. Rektor może ogłosić uzupełniający termin rekrutacji. Ostateczny termin zakończenia rekrutacji przypada na dzień 24.09.2010 r.
2.11. W terminie do 7 dni roboczych, po zamknięciu procesu rekrutacji Komisja Rekrutacyjna powołana przez Rektora WSAP zwana dalej „Komisją” ogłosi listę osób zakwalifikowanych do udziału w Projekcie zwanych dalej „Kandydatami” oraz listę rezerwową.
2.12. Kandydaci otrzymają decyzję o zakwalifikowaniu do projektu pocztą elektroniczną oraz tradycyjną.
2.13. Kandydat zobowiązany jest do dostarczenia następujących dokumentów w ciągu 14 dni od daty doręczenia pisma:
a) 2 egzemplarze umowy udziału w projekcie;
b) formularz danych osobowych;
c) oświadczenie o wyrażeniu zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych na potrzeby projektu;
d) deklarację udziału w Projekcie;
e) kserokopię dowodu osobistego/paszportu;
f) 2 egzemplarze umowy o pobieranie nauki;
2.14. Brak dostarczenia dokumentów w terminie określonym w §2.12 obliguje Zastępcę Kierownika Projektu do skreślenia Kandydata z listy osób zakwalifikowanych do udziału w Projekcie. Kandydat zostanie poinformowany o skreśleniu za pośrednictwem przesyłki poleconej za potwierdzeniem odbioru.
2.15. Kandydat skreślony przez Zastępcę Kierownika Projektu może odwołać się do Rektora WSAP w terminie 7 dni od dnia doręczenia mu decyzji o skreśleniu, podając na piśmie okoliczności usprawiedliwiające uchybienie terminowi. Decyzja Rektora w sprawie jest ostateczna.
2.16. Wykreślenie Kandydata z listy skutkuje wpisaniem na jego miejsce pierwszego Kandydata z listy rezerwowej, odpowiadającego grupie uczestników projektu.
2.17. Kandydat z listy rezerwowej jest obowiązany, do złożenia dokumentów w terminie 7 dni roboczych, licząc od dnia powiadomienia go o wolnym miejscu na liście, pod rygorem wykreślenia go z listy.
§3
ZASADU UDZIAŁU W PROJEKCIE
3.1. Z dniem zawarcia Umowy udziału w projekcie oraz podpisania deklaracji uczestnictwa w projekcie kandydat staje się uczestnikiem projektu.
3.2. Umowa udziału w projekcie wygasa w następujących przypadkach:
1. Zakończenia studiów w terminie do 30.09.2013 r.
2. Zakończenia studiów zgodnie ze ścieżką przewidzianą dla danego Uczestnika Projektu;
3. Skreślenia z listy Uczestników Projektu w trybie określonym w § 5 Umowy udziału w projekcie oraz w trybie przewidzianym w Regulaminie Studiów WSAP;
4. Śmierci Uczestnika Projektu;
5. Rezygnacji uczestnika z udziału w Projekcie po rozpoczęciu zajęć.
3.3. W przypadku gdy Uczelnia zobowiązana zostanie do zwrotu kosztów uczestnictwa Uczestnika Projektu będących następstwem skreślenia Uczestnika Projektu z listy uczestników Projektu lub rezygnacji Uczestnika Projektu z udziału w nim, Uczestnik Projektu wpłaci na rachunek bankowy Uczelni kwotę stanowiącą równowartość kosztów przypadających na jednego uczestnika Projektu określoną §1.6.
§4
ORGANIZACJA ZAJĘĆ
4.1. Każdy uczestnik bierze udział w cyklu zajęć określonym programem studiów na każdy rok akademicki na kierunku stosunki międzynarodowe, specjalność handel zagraniczny.
4.2. Językiem wykładowym jest język angielski.
4.3.Uczestnicy mają obowiązek udziału w zajęciach. Warunkiem zakończenia udziału w projekcie jest uczestnictwo w co najmniej 80% godzin zajęć w każdym z poszczególnych przedmiotów.
4.4. Obecność weryfikowana będzie na podstawie list obecności. W przypadku choroby Uczestnik projektu zobowiązany jest do usprawiedliwienia nieobecności u koordynatora ds. realizacji zadania w terminie 7 dni od daty zaistnienia zdarzenia. Honorowane będą jedynie zwolnienia lekarskie oraz dokumenty urzędowe potwierdzające wypadek losowy. Zdarzenia losowe nie poświadczone zwolnieniem lekarskim lub innym dokumentem urzędowym rozpatrywane będą indywidualnie przez Zastępcę Kierownika Projektu.
4.5. Limit nieobecności może zostać zwiększony przez Zastępcę Kierownika Projektu w szczególnie uzasadnionych przypadkach, w razie udokumentowania przez uczestnika istotnej przyczyny usprawiedliwiającej nieobecność.
4.6. Po przekroczeniu limitu nieobecności, o którym mowa w §4.1 i nie przedłożeniu odpowiednich dokumentów Zastępca Kierownika Projektu dokonuje skreślenia z listy uczestników.
4.7. Od decyzji o skreśleniu uczestnika przysługuje odwołanie do Rektora Wyższej Szkoły Administracji Publicznej im. Stanisława Staszica w Białymstoku. Decyzja Rektora jest ostateczna.
§5
PRAWA UCZESTNIKA PROJEKTU
5.1. Każdy uczestnik projektu ma prawo do:
a)bezpłatnego udziału w stacjonarnych studiach I stopnia na kierunku stosunki międzynarodowe, specjalność handel zagraniczny;
b)otrzymania certyfikatu uczestnictwa w projekcie, po wypełnieniu wszystkich zobowiązań związanych z ukończeniem studiów;
c)korzystania z praw studenta określonych w Regulaminie studiów Wyższej Szkoły Administracji Publicznej im. Stanisława Staszica w Białymstoku;
d)otrzymania bezpłatnie dyplomu ukończenia studiów pierwszego stopnia na kierunku stosunki międzynarodowe zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego w sprawie tytułów zawodowych nadawanych absolwentom studiów i wzorów dyplomów oraz świadectw wydawanych przez uczelnie z dnia 19.12.2008r.;
e)otrzymania bezpłatnie 1 egzemplarza elektronicznej legitymacji studenckiej.
§6
OBOWIĄZKI UCZESTNIKA PROJEKTU
6.1. Każdy uczestnik projektu ma obowiązek:
a)zapoznania się z treścią niniejszego regulaminu i poświadczenia tego faktu w formie oświadczenia;
b)uczestnictwa w minimum 80% wszystkich zajęć w każdym z poszczególnych przedmiotów;
c)wypełniania w trakcie trwania studiów dokumentów związanych z uczestnictwem w projekcie współfinansowanym ze środków Unii Europejskiej w ramach Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego, w tym ankiet ewaluacyjnych;
d)bieżącego informowania Zespołu Projektu o wszystkich zdarzeniach mogących zakłócić jego dalszy udział w studiach;
e)podpisywania list obecności;
f)usprawiedliwienia wszystkich nieobecności u koordynatora ds. realizacji zadania w terminie 7 dni od daty zaistnienia zdarzenia;
g)bieżącego informowania koordynatora ds. realizacji zadania o zmianie danych osobowych podanych w dokumentach rekrutacyjnych przetwarzanych przez WSAP dla celów Projektu;
h)przestrzegania przepisów prawa wewnętrznego Uczelni, wydanych przez właściwe organy Uczelni na podstawie ustawy Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym, w tym: Statutu, Regulaminu studiów, oraz innych zarządzeń Rektora i uchwał Senatu;
i)rozpoczęcia i zakończenia studiów w okresie trwania modułu t.j.: 01.10.2010-30.09.2013r.
j)zaliczenia wszystkich przedmiotów przewidzianych w programie nauczania, złożenia pracy dyplomowej oraz złożenia egzaminu dyplomowego k)regularnego czytania informacji zamieszczanych na stronie internetowej projektu w zakładce dotyczącej realizacji zadania na: www.wsap.wiemywiecej.edu.pl/international-relations.
§7
POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE
7.1. Regulamin wchodzi w życie w dniu rozpoczęcia rekrutacji.
7.2. Regulamin dostępny jest w wersji polskiej i angielskiej. W przypadku ewentualnych wątpliwości interpretacyjnych decyduje brzmienie wersji polskiej.
7.3. Jeżeli zaistnieje okoliczność, nieprzewidziana w dniu wejścia w życie Regulaminu, wymagająca zmiany w niniejszym Regulaminie, informacja o zmianie zostanie umieszczona w serwisie internetowym projektu z co najmniej 7-mio dniowym wyprzedzeniem.
Regulations of enrolment and participation in the Project “Raising the potential of universities as a factor in the development of knowledge-based economy” within the framework of the Objective “Launch and implementation of education within an undergraduate course in International Relations in the English language”.
§1
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The Regulations of enrolment and participation in the Project hereinafter referred to as “the Regulations” define the rules of enrolments, organization, and participation in the project “Raising the potential of universities as a factor in the development of knowledge-based economy” within the framework of the Objective “Launch and implementation of education within a full-time undergraduate course in International Relations in the English language” implemented by the Technical University in Bialystok and Stanislaw Staszic College of Public Administration in Bialystok within the framework of the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development", Priority 4: Higher education and science, Measure: 4.1 Strengthening and development of didactic potential of universities and increasing the number of graduates from courses of key importance to the knowledge-based economy, Sub-measure: 4.1.1. Strengthening of the didactic potential of the university, hereinafter referred to as "the Project".
1.2. The Project Office is located in the seat of the project partner at ul. ks. Stanisława Suchowolca 6, room no. 302; 15-555 Bialystok.
1.3. The implementation of the objective “Launch and implementation of education within a an undergraduate course in International Relations in the English language” covers the period from 01.03.2010 till 30.09.2013.
1.4. The period of studies under the objective “Launch and implementation of education within the framework of an undergraduate course in International Relations in the English language” covers the period from 01.10.2010 till 30.09.2013.
1.5. The studies within the framework of the Project are free of charge and are co-funded by the European Union under the European Social Fund.
1.6. The amount of the funding (i.e. the total cost of participation in the Project) per participant is ………………………………………………………………………………….
§2
ENROLMENT CONDITIONS
2.1. The Projects involves a total of 40 people participating in the studies.
2.2. The participants shall be enrolled based on the following parity: 50% of the participants shall be from Poland and 50% of the participants shall be foreigners. In justified cases the Project Assistant Manager may give consent to change the parity.
2.3. To participate in the Project an individual must meet the following conditions:
a) To submit the following enrolment documents: Polish citizens: Application Form, a transcript or original copy of the Matriculation Certificate (Matura), a transcript or original copy of a secondary school leaving certificate, 3 photos, a copy of an ID card, a certificate proving their knowledge of English or other confirmation of their knowledge of English, excluding those individuals who have obtained their Matriculation Certificate in English in the countries where English is the medium of instruction. Foreigners: Application Form, Matriculation Certificate (Matura) (if in the hold of a Polish Matriculation Certificate), Matriculation Certificate legalized or with an Apostille affixed or other documents obtained abroad entitling the holder to apply to schools of higher education, 3 photos, a copy of a passport/ID card, a certificate proving their knowledge of English or other confirmation of their knowledge of English, excluding those individuals who have obtained their Matriculation Certificate in English in the countries where English is the medium of instruction, and a medical certificate. b) to join the enrolment procedure in a timely manner and to be qualified to participate in the Project.
2.4. The application to participate in the Project involves sending a full set of the application documents to the Project Office.
2.5. The grounds for qualifying candidates: Polish citizens: shall be admitted based on the Matriculation Certificate and a certificate stating their knowledge of English or other certification of their knowledge of English, subject to the provision that priority shall be given to the candidates who hold a certificate confirming the command of English. Candidates with a foreign matriculation certificate (both Polish citizens and foreigners): shall be admitted based on the Matriculation Certificate legalized or with an Apostille affixed or other documents obtained abroad entitling the holder to apply to schools of higher education (such document must be recognized as equivalent to the Polish Matriculation Certificate in accordance with the regulations on validation of certificates obtained abroad or based on an international agreement) and a certificate confirming their knowledge of English or other certification of their knowledge of English, subject to the provision that priority shall be given to the candidates who hold a certificate confirming the command of English.
2.6. In case of candidates being in the hold of a certification of their command of English (certificate or other certification) of the same level the first come first served basis shall apply.
2.7. The certification of their command of English (other than a certificate) must state the level of English as stipulated by the guidelines of the European Council of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
2.8. A full set of the application documents and information regarding the enrolment are available online at www.wiemywiecej.pl and in the Project Office: ul. ks. Stanisława Suchowolca 6 pok. 302; 15-555 Bialystok. +48 85 732 12 93 ext. 302, e-mail: erasmus@wsap.edu.pl 2.8. The enrolment starts on 21st June 2010 and finishes 27th August 2010.
2.9. The application documents can be delivered in person or by post to the following address: Stanislaw Staszic College of Public Administration Ul. Ks. St. Suchowolca 6 15-555 Białystok Poland with the following annotation: „Studies in English – Application; room no. 208”
2.10. If the number of candidates has not reached the quota defined under §2.1., the Rector may announce an additional application date. The final application deadline is 24th September 2010.
2.11. Appointed by the Rector of Stanisław Staszic College of Public Administration in Bialystok, the Selection Committee, hereinafter referred to as "the Committee", shall announce a list of candidates admitted to the Project, hereinafter referred to as "the Candidates", and a reserve list within 7 working days following the closing of the application process.
2.12. The Candidates shall be notified on their admission to the Project via the electronic mail and post.
2.13. The Candidate is obliged to submit the following documents within 14 days from the date of the letter being served to them:
a) 2 copies of the Project Participation Agreement;
b) Personal Information Form;
c) Declaration of consent to process the personal data for the Project purposes;
d) Declaration to participate in the Project;
e) a copy of an ID card/passport;
f) 2 copies of the Project Participation Agreement;
2.14. If the documents are not provided until the deadline defined under §2.12, the Project Assistant Manager is obliged to remove the Candidate from the list of persons admitted to participate in the Project. The Candidate shall be notified about the removal from the list via registered letter with advice of delivery.
2.15. The Candidate who has been removed from the list by the Project Assistant Manager may appeal to the Rector of College of Public Administration within 7 days following the receipt of the decision, explaining in writing the causes that justify the failure to meet the deadline. The Rector’s decision on this matter is deemed final.
2.16. The Candidate removed from the list shall be replaced by the first Candidate from the reserve list who matches the group of the Project participants.
2.17. The Candidate from the reserve list is obliged to submit the documents within 7 working days starting from the date of their notification on the vacancy otherwise the Candidate shall be removed from the list.
§3
PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
3.1. The Candidate shall become a Project Participant on the day of signing the Project Participation Agreement and Declaration to participate in the Project.
3.2. The Project Participation Agreement expires in the following situations:
1. Graduation from the studies until 30th September 2013.
2. Graduation from the studies as per the course stipulated for a given Project Participant;
3. Removing from the List of Participants as set forth under § 5 of the Project Participation Agreement and as set forth in the College of Public Administration Study Regulations;
4. Project Participant’s death;
5. Participant’s resignation from the participation in the Project after the classes have commenced.
3.3. Should the College of Public Administration be obliged to return the costs of the Participant’s participation in the Project due to their removal from the List of Project Participants or due to Project Participant`s resignation from their participation in the Project, the Project Participant shall pay the amount equal to the costs per one Project Participant as defined under §1.6. to the College`s bank account.
§4
COURSE ORGANIZATION
4.1. Each Participant shall participate in a cycle of classes stipulated by the course curriculum for each academic year for the area of International Relations, specialty: Foreign Trade.
4.2. The medium of instruction shall be English.
4.3. The Participants are obliged to participate in the classes. It is a condition of the project accomplishment for a Participant to take part in at least 80% of hours of the classes in each subject.
4.4. The attendance shall be verified based on attendance lists. In the event of illness, the Project Participant shall be obliged to excuse their absence with the Module Coordinator within 7 days from the date of the occurrence. Only sick-leaves and formal documents confirming any fortuitous events shall be accepted. Fortuitous events not certified by a doctor or other formal documents shall be investigated by the Project Assistant Manager on an individual basis.
4.5. The limits of absences may be increased by the Project Assistant Manager in justified cases with the Project Participant having documented a material reason for their absence.
4.6. Should the absence limit set forth under §4.1 be exceeded and no suitable documents be submitted, the Project Assistant Manager shall remove such individual from the List of Participant.
4.7. The Participant may appeal against this decision to the Rector of Stanisław Staszic College of Public Administration. in Bialystok. The Rector’s decision is final.
§5
PROJECT PARTICIPANTS’ RIGHTS
5.1. Each Project Participant holds the right to:
a) participate in a full-time undergraduate course in International Relations, specialty Foreign Trade, on a free of charge basis;
b) receive a certificate of Project participation upon fulfilling all obligations related to graduation;
c) exercise the student rights defined in the Study Regulations of Stanislaw Staszic College of Public Administration in Bialystok;
d) be awarded an undergraduate diploma of higher education in International Relations in accordance with the Minister of Science and Higher Education Regulation on vocational titles awarded to graduates and on the forms of diplomas and certificates issued by higher education institutions as of 19th December 2008, on a free of charge basis.
e) receive 1 free copy of an electronic student ID.
§6
PROJECT PARTICIPANTS’ OBLIGATIONS
6.1. Each Project Participant is obliged to:
a) read the foregoing Regulations and acknowledge this in the form of a declaration;
b) participate in at least 80% of all classes in each subject;
c) complete any documents related to their participation in the Project that is co-funded from the EU funds within the framework of the European Social Fund, including evaluation questionnaires, in the course of the studies;
d) inform the Project Team on any events that could affect the Participant`s participation in further studies as soon as they arise;
e) sign the attendance lists;
f) excuse the Participant’s all absences with the Module Coordinator within 7 days from the date of the occurrence;
g) inform the Module Coordinator immediately on any changes to the personal information given in the application documents processed by the College of Public Administration for the Project purposes;
h) comply with the internal regulations of the College introduced by the competent authorities based on the Higher Education Act, including the following: The Statute, Study Regulations, and other regulations by the Rector and resolutions by the Senate.
i) commence and accomplish the studies within the module dates, i.e.: 1st October 2010 to 30th September 2013.
j) pass all the subjects stipulated by the curriculum, submit the diploma dissertation and to take the diploma examination
k) read regularly the information placed on the Project website in the section regarding the module at: www.wsap.wiemywiecej.edu.pl/international-relations.
§7
FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The Regulations are effective as of the date on which the enrolment commences.
7.2. The Regulations are available in the Polish and English versions. In the event of any inconsistency in the interpretation, the Polish version shall prevail.
7.3. Should there arise any circumstances on the date of these Regulations becoming effective that would require amending hereof , the information on the amendment shall be placed in the Project internet service at least 7 days preceding it.
